Adolescent Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread pain together with a heightened and painful response to pressure. Other core symptoms include debilitating fatigue, sleep disturbance, and joint stiffness. Some patients also report difficulty with swallowing, bowel and bladder abnormalities, numbness and tingling, and cognitive dysfunction.

Not all people with Fibromyalgia experience all associated symptoms.

If your teen is suffering from Fibromyalgia, you’re not alone. Neuro-Behavioral Clinical Research is conducting a clinical trial for a study medication for Fibromyalgia. If you would like to see if your teen qualifies for this study, complete the form to the right or call 330-493-1118.
